An Introduction into WebVR development
Learn the basics of HTML by creating your very own webpage. Understand the structure of an HTML document and how later we can turn this into a web VR experience. A-Frame is a web framework that you can use to build 3D, AR, and VR experiences.
A-Frame is a web framework that you can use to build 3D, AR, and VR experiences.
You’ll explore its functions and learn how to make a simple web VR experience, opening up a whole area of software development to explore.
With this knowledge, you’ll be able to develop more complex ideas and advance your VR designs, having gained the fundamental skills to create VR content from scratch.
Each project covered will be created from scratch, enabling you to understand and follow along the build process in it’s entirety. This gives you the opportunity to learn and expand your knowledge even further, while also creating a project that is entirely unique to you!
These skills and knowledge can then be used to create new and complex projects for you to share with others.
What skills will you learn?
- Learn basic data types that all programming languages use
- Learn how computers read/process instructions in the form of code
- Learn how to use HTML to structure your website / VR experience
- Create a simple web VR experience using A-Frame
